His killing in Canada’s Surrey follows that of Khalistan Commando Force chief Paramjit Singh Panjwar, alias Malik Sardar Singh, in Pakistan on May 6. Also in India’s terror list, Panjwar was shot dead by unidentified gunmen while he was out on a morning walk near his residence in Lahore. Panjwar (63) was designated as a terrorist by India under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act in July 2020.
